Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the Essenza Lago di Como website. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms.

1. Seller

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Euro and include VAT. Product availability is updated in real time; in the event of unavailability the customer will be promptly informed and refunded.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the seller sends the order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through the methods shown at checkout via secure channels. Payment details are not stored by the seller.

5. Shipping

Delivery times, costs and methods are set out in the Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

The procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal and obtaining a refund are described in the Return and Refund Policy, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint may be sent to info@essenzalagodicomo.com. Consumers may also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
