How much does shipping cost?
In Italy €10, free for orders from €60. In Europe €15, free for orders from €60. Every order travels by express courier with a tracking code.
How long does delivery take?
In Italy, delivery takes 24–48 hours from dispatch; in Europe, 2–5 working days. You will receive the tracking code by email when your parcel leaves.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and perfumes can only be returned if intact, unused and with their original seal. Write to info@essenzalagodicomo.com quoting your order number.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of our receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Accept the delivery with reservation, stating the reason on the courier's delivery document, and keep a photograph of the parcel. If the product inside is damaged, let us know within 3 days: we will arrange a replacement.
Can I put together a personalised gift set?
Yes: on the Create your set page, choose up to 5 products and we will ship them together in a single gift box.
Is there a gift card?
Yes, the Essenza Gift Card is available in amounts from €50 to €2,000 and is sent by email.
