Delivery times and costs
Italy: €10 · delivery within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Free shipping from €120.
Europe: €15 · delivery within 2–5 working days. Free shipping from €125.
All shipments travel by express courier with a tracking code, sent by email when the parcel leaves.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and fragrances can only be returned if intact, unused and with the original seal. Write to us at [customer service email] stating your order number to start the process.
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Terms of sale
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Product availability is updated in real time; in the event of unforeseen unavailability you will be contacted and refunded.
