Shipping designed for those who live by Lake Como: order by 12:00 and receive your package the same day. Every order travels by express courier with tracking.
Express shipping
For the guests and tourists of Lake Como, orders placed by 12:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 leave within 24–48 working hours. All shipments travel by express courier with a tracking code, sent by email when the parcel leaves.
Delivery times and costs
Italy: 24–48 hours from shipping.
Europe: 2–5 working days.

Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and fragrances can only be returned if intact, unused and with the original seal. Write to us at [customer service email] stating your order number to start the process.
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Terms of sale
