Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.

How to exercise withdrawal

Simply send, within the stated period, a notice to info@essenzalagodicomo.com indicating the order number and the products to be returned. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return conditions

Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics and perfumes cannot be returned if opened or if the seal has been removed after delivery (Article 59(1)(e) of the Consumer Code).

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a defective or incorrect product.

Refund

The full amount paid (products and any standard delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective products

In the case of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, write to info@essenzalagodicomo.com: we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with the 24-month legal guarantee.
